How soon will I receive the products I’ve ordered?
In Estonia all products ordered before 12pm on a working day are sent out on the same day, so that they can reach the customer already on the next working day. Products ordered after 12pm are sent on the next working day, so they should arrive two working days after the order was made. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, weekends and national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery to Latvia takes usually 3-4 working days and to Lithuania 4-6 working days. After we have packed and sent out the parcel, there will be a tracking code visible on your account.
Delivery to parcel terminal is usually faster than by courier. Please allow a few more days for delivery during holidays.
The Perfect Home Web shop does not assume responsibility for any delays or delivery failures caused by the transport company, but we do our best to make sure the parcels are delivered as soon as possible.
Can I collect the goods myself?

If I need to return products delivered to my home, how can I send them back?
All products can be returned via a post office or Omniva parcel terminal within 14 days after receipt. If you are not happy with the product you ordered, please fill in the return form which can be downloaded from here and send it to Perfect Home Logistics OÜ either by e-mail or by post. We will contact you within three working days to arrange the best method of return. For a more specific return process description please take a look at the “Shipping and returns” page.
